First time filling N12 for two tenants at the same time and you need to put yes to previous filling an N12 on the LTB form even though you never have never given one. Got lucky the tenant just wanted the process over or it was going to be tossed out. Luckily Carry knew what she was doing and quickly pulled up case law where this was allowed as we were not trying to deceive the LTB. So great work over all but know your filing dates and be on top of it. All Legal Service companies seam to want to wait to the very last day to serve the paperwork and if anything is wrong then you could be starting all over.
